Luiz has directed management consulting groups of staff-client task force members and collaboratively delivered client improvements of over $62 million annualized. His experience includes international assignments in Brazil, Mexico, Canada, England and Portugal.

He was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and has resided in the United States for the last 10 years. Luiz has a degree in Architecture from Universidade Mackenzie, in Sao Paulo, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Luiz is TQM certified from the Philip Crosby Quality College and is also ISO 9000 series certified.
