Ray G. Newman, PhD, CPA (cont.)

Ray earned his Ph.D. and Master of Philosophy degrees at New York University where his major areas of study were finance and health policy. He also holds an MBA from California State University and a B.S. from East Central University.

Ray is a CPA, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA). In addition, Ray served as a regular naval officer in the U.S. Navy for five years, which included two tours to Vietnam.
